Methods of Payment
We are happy to accept payment via PayPal, googleCheckout, major credit cards, postal orders, bank transfer or cheques.
Postage and Delivery
We aim to send items within 2-5 working days of cleared payment. As our candles are hand poured this will depend on the size of your order and availability of wax and dyes. We will let you know you if this will take a little longer.
There is a cost attached to all the packaging and candles are not the lightest items to post. We do not make a profit from packing and postage.
We offer a choice of postage which you can select at checkout. 1st Class is available on packages up to 4 Kilos. 2nd class post is available on parcels up to 1Kg and after that Parcel Post (3-5 days) will be the main postage method for parcels up to 20Kg. An alternative courier service is available to mainland UK,excluding Highlands and Islands (sorry to you folks who live in an area that delivery companies class as remote). We can always obtain quotes for deliveries to these other areas. Just ask.
At busy times of the year (Xmas, Bank Holidays etc) we will despatch as soon as possible but please allow extra time for delivery. This is subject to Royal Mail's postage timetables and Glo Candles cannot guarantee delivery timescales.

We can currently ship within the UK only. Should you wish items to be sent elsewhere please contact us for details. We will try and obtain the best possible price for you.
Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back (within 30 days of cancellation), including the original postage and packing charges /original delivery charges. However, the buyer is required to pay for the cost of returning the item.
